That is why it is important to start slow, to be able to make the necessary changes bit by bit.
So you don’t feel discouraged if it takes time to master the skill of holding back on your favorite food without overindulging.
That is not easy especially when it comes to your favorite foods.
Not many people have that kind of willpower.
Once you have achieved this you are on the way to your goal weight.
