Break Fast

How many of you wake up and say” I am hungry”?

I for one prefer to sleep in and eat later.

But did you know that it is the wrong thing to do?

If we have slept a whole eight hours, we need to get up and eat something with protein and fiber.

Which helps our bodies start our day burning the fat away.

I know some of us wake up and don’t even feel hungry.

But we need to break the fast we have been on all night.

I do remember teachers would talk to us about having a good breakfast in the morning.

Would help the brain to wake up and be ready to learn.

You would pay better attention at school.

Have you ever stopped to think about what is considered a good breakfast?

There are so many things that are considered good to eat early in the morning.

How about yogurt, Layer it with cereal and fruit.

Chia seed pudding, just add a cup of milk and two tablespoons of Chia seeds leave in frig overnight.

Sweeten with honey and you can also add fruit.

Skip the syrup and just add peanut butter to toast or waffles for a healthier breakfast.

Cottage cheese and fruit are always delicious.

How about a breakfast burrito with eggs and cheese and bacon or sausage all rolled up in a flour tortilla.

How about avocado toast and eggs is yummy.

Now let us talk about foods high in fiber.

Strawberries are very high in fiber and taste so sweet you can’t stop eating them, they are also high in vitamin C.

Apples are high in fiber also helps lower your cholesterol.

Bananas are a great source of fiber and are high in potassium which is very good for the body.

Broccoli is very high in fiber along with cauliflower and Brussels sprouts.

Raspberries are high in fiber.

Beets are very high in fiber and they also help lower cholesterol so juice up.

Avocados are a great source of fiber and have the right fats to help your brain.

Pears are a great fiber fruit it helps the digestive system.

There are so many fruits and vegetables out there.

some you may like and others you may not.

But you can always find something you liking if you just take the time to look for the right flavor.

Mixing them all and adding seasoning to them with butter well make any dish taste good.

It may turn out to be the most mouth-watering dish you have ever made and all your friends and family will want the recipe to what you just threw together.

Breakfast is the first meal of the day it does not have to be bland.

But you can always make it a feast for all to enjoy first thing in the morning.

That would make you want to get up and enjoy the first meal of the day.
