The Challenge

Eating healthy helps you produce energy in your body to keep it running well.

Like taking care of your car to keep it running smoothly.

In my book “Solutions From My Ancestors For Everyday Health Problems”.

I talked about how our body heals itself by using the herbs on this planet that God has provided to keep us healthy.

Our bodies heal better and faster when we use natural herbs to help our bodies.

Eating the vegetation of the earth without the add chemicals, Heals us.

But when companies start to mess with natural foods and add more sugars and unnatural fats to our food.

Then there is a problem with that and you can see it plain as day.

If you take your head out of the chip bag long enough to see the harm it is causing.

There is so much obesity today.

People can’t control their addiction to junk foods.

they think they are eating the right food to lose weight but are being deceived by the manufactures with high sugar and sodium meals.

Saying they are healthy for you.

Can we be so blind about what is happening to the food we eat?

Try eating healthy clean meals for ten or twenty days.

In that time see if you can feel the difference in your body.

If you stick to it and do not eat any processed foods, you will be able to feel the difference in your body in just a few days.

I did this with a few family members, we would eat fresh vegetables, we were trying to stop eating so much meat.

So we tried just eating vegetables and fruit. By the end of the ten days, the meat was not as tasty as it uses to be.

I preferred my vegetables more than the meat.

Have you ever heard someone say” I could never stop eating meat?”

I have cut back on eating a lot of meat, it still does not taste as good as it used to.

Plus I know there are other foods you can eat that will help you get the right amount of protein.

That you can enjoy more than meat.

Summertime is the best time to try this challenge because there are so many fresh vegetables out at this time.

like farmers’ markets, fresh fruit stands, neighbors, giving away fresh vegetables because they don’t want them to spoil.

Would rather someone else enjoy them.

This is also a good time to dry your spices. Like fresh mint, basil, thyme, parsley. Whatever you dry you know it is fresh.

Then just crush and put it in a jar or zip lock bag.

You can even make raisins by putting a bunch of grapes on a flat surface or baking sheet.

Then cover with a screen with small holes to keep the flies off them.

Let the sun dry them, they will be so sweet and delicious.

So I would like to challenge you to try fruits and vegetables fresh, not canned or processed in any way. For ten or twenty days and see how you feel when the time is up!!
