Imagine yourself thin, but love yourself now even though you are overweight.
Except yourself with loving eyes, then watch the change begin in you as the fat melts away.
By doing this you are excepting the love you feel for yourself, you excepting the changes your body is making.
You are letting go of the hate and fear that held you back.
